Incredibly scenic multi terrain run across the coast and cliffs of Rhossilli Bay, described as ‘the supermodel of British beaches’ and is a permanent fixture in the Top 10 Best Beaches in Wales. Embrace the glorious views on your Trail Run experience out towards the Worms Head. Before turning back towards LLangennith and taking on the grueling climb to the top of Rhossilli Down. A truly rewarding 10K, that is worth the hard work.

Course Details

DIRECTIONS FROM PEMBROKESHIRE (SAT NAV - SA3 1PP)
Take the A40 to Carmarthen
Follow through Crosshands and Pont Abraham roundabout
Take the M4 towards Swansea
Leave M4 at Junction 47
At Roundabout take 4th Exit onto A483
At the next roundabout take the 2nd Exit onto A484
At the roundabout take the 1st Exit onto Victoria Road/B4296
Turn Right onto B4295
Turn Right onto Blodwen Terrace/B4295
Turn Left towards B4271
Turn Left onto B4271

Parking

There is parking available in the National Trust Car park. Parking is pay and display and will be £5 for the day. Please make sure you have the sufficient money.

Do I have to be a member of a club to enter?
No - The Worms Head 10k are open to all club and non-club runners. However, if you are affiliated to a club, you will get a small discount.

Will there be timing chips?
Yes - Timing chips will be given to you at registration.

When is the closing date for Registration?
The closing date will be as close as possible to the event, in order to make final event arrangements. This date will be published closer to the time, but as a rough guide, last year it was 2 weeks before the event.

Is there a minimum age for runners?
Yes - Runners have to be age 14+
