Organiser's Description
2020 sees the return of the Yorkshireman Tri, bringing fantastic long distance triathlon back to Yorkshire. Set within stunning grounds, amongst beautiful Yorkshire countryside, with unsurpassed popularity of cycling and amazing support of the Yorkshire folk, year 2 is set to build on the amazing buzz we received from the inaugural 2019 event.
A stunning backdrop for the river swim within the grounds of Newby Hall, then a hugely impressive run through the spectacular gardens to transition. The cycle section enters the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and takes in some of the roads that have been used on the now famous Tour of Yorkshire. And to complete your triathlon, a fantastic run in and around the grounds of the stately home, before the sensational red carpet finish.
Amazing roads, amazing scenery and amazing support, we look forward to welcoming you to Yorkshire for an event which we believe is set to become one of the UK’s iconic, must do events.
