Overview
The course is 5000m (5K) long. The run start is situated on the opposite side of the lake to the car park. You go down the path passing the playground on your right and then across the little bridge. The start is to your left just along the path next to the lake. It is approximately 200m from the Stables car park. Please note that the closest toilet facilities are at the car park The course is run on a mixture of surfaces (including gravel and woodland paths) but the course is mainly on tarmac.. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
