Abbots Langley Tough Ten

Take on the 10K race, a legendary, hilly challenge that lives up to its name. Beat your personal best or come with friends. Are you tough enough?

Top 3 males and females in competing age category receive a personal trophy.

Fastest male is awarded the George Harrison Cup.

Fastest female awarded the Reg Hunt Cup.

Fastest male and female aged 16 - 18 years receives a personal trophy.

Fastest female over 35 years or male over 40 years awarded the Seniors Award.

Fastest female over 50 years or male over 55 years awarded the Veterans Award.

Registration table opens at 8.15am to collect numbers for individuals Outside Abbots Langley Community Centre, High Street, Abbots Langley. Safety pins will be available when you collect your chip race number. We advise using 2-4 pins to attach your number to your top.

Bags can be left in Abbots Langley Community Centre at registration. Please note, the bag drop off area will not be manned at all times throughout the event.

All personal property remains your responsibility for the duration of the event. The event team will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

In line with Athletics England rules and regulations, runners are not permitted to wear headphones during the race. Any runner seen wearing headphones may be disqualified from the race, and may be asked to not continue the race.

There are water cups along the route for 3K, 5K and 10K races. Bottled water is also provided at the finish line. Runners are welcome to bring their own water too.

Refreshments will be served for the duration of the event at Abbots Langley Cricket Club (close to the finish line). They will be offering a selection of hot and cold food and drink.

Unfortunately, race rules do not allow runners to run with their dogs. This is for the safety of all involved. However dogs are more than welcome on the finish line to cheer you on!
