Barr Ellison hoohaah Holdenby House Trail & Canicross

The Barr Ellison hoohaah Holdenby House Trail & Canicross runs through the grounds of the 2,000 acre Holdenby Estate. The 16th Centrury house in Northamptonshire was a palace to King James I and then a prison to his son King Charles I after his defeat in the Civil War.
Now a family home, the grounds are used for exclusive events and it's gardens are loved by all.

The traffic free 5K lap follows trails through the grounds and the surrounding farmland with fantastic views of the country house.

The 10k will complete two laps of the course, while the Half Marathon will complete four laps and a short extension each lap through the iconic arches that adorn the grounds

The 5k canicross will start 25 minutes before the trail run.

The 2023 season pass includes runs at Thetford, Childerley, Shuttleworth, Ickworth and NEW for 2023, Salcey, Wendover, Grafham Water and Holdenby with more to come! Once you have purchased the hoohaah season pass, you will not need to book before coming to any of the hoohaah events as you will be automatically entered. Instead, just turn up on the day of the event and tell our wonderful registration team what distance you would like to complete. ( Please note our hoohaah season pass excludes the Wendover 6 hour enduro - but all other distances are still included!)
