Join us for the Basingstoke Summer Running Festival a two-race summer series designed for runners of all abilities. Each event Each event takes place on a (hopefully!) warm summer evening, bringing the community together for fitness, fun, and fresh air.
Each event kicks off with a Junior 1 mile Dash, followed by the adult (15+) 5km and 10km races.
Race 1 – Sunshine Run (13th August): A colourful, feel-good evening run as the sun begins to set.
Race 2 – Festival Run (10th Sept): A vibrant, festival-inspired race to close out the summer in style.
Each race requires its own entry, so you can choose the challenge that suits you — enter one or both! Should you complete both races and you’ll earn an exclusive Prize.

Support Local a Charity: Donations will be made to a Naomi House - Jacks Place from % of ticket profit

Fun for Everyone: This is an Official Race, Any Pace. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, looking for a challenge or trying something new - this event is perfect for all fitness levels!
Ice Cream Van and Food at the end: Not included in race ticket

5:30pm: Bib collection opens
6:30pm: Warm up for Junior Athletes
6:35pm: Junior Race starts
7pm: Warm up for 5km and 10km
7:05: Race Starts
9pm: Race closes - you must have completed your 5km or 10k run
