Organiser's Description

Back for a 7th time, a rural run through scenic South Cambridgeshire villages. The race consists of 8.5 miles on road and 1.5 miles off road along a grass track. This is a flat, fast course, so perfect for those new at the distance, or building towards a half marathon. Again this event will be supporting Brainstrust, a brain cancer charity.

Why the name Belle? First, Bassingbourn is known for the famous airplane, the Memphis Belle; second, the course itself is beautiful, or in French 'belle'.
