Organiser's Description

Why the name Belle? First, Bassingbourn is known for the famous airplane, the Memphis Belle; second, the course itself is beautiful, or in French 'belle'. A flat rural road race from Bassingbourn Village College. 5th showing of this popular 10 mile event that takes in the picturesque South Cambridgeshire villages of Bassingbourn, Abington Piggots and Litlington. This is a flat, fast course, so perfect for those new at the distance or building towards a half marathon.
