Best Race Series x Adidas 2026 - The Threshold 10K Test

Fast, flat, and purpose-built for PBs.
These park races take place on traffic-free, smooth tarmac paths with minimal elevation, making them ideal for first-time racers or experienced runners chasing a personal best. The courses are fully marked, marshalled, and spectator-friendly, creating a lively and supportive race-day atmosphere.

Registration
The event HQ and registration will be located next to the Battersea Park Bandstand. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time in order to complete the registration process.

Race Pack
Race Packs are to be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race. You will not receive anything in the post.

Age Requirements
Runners for the 5k must be aged 11 or over and runners for the 10k must be aged 15 or over.

Bag Drop
There will be a secure area where bags can be left, though it is recommended that you bring as little baggage as possible. Your bag tag is attached to your race number which you can tear off and attach to your bag.

Refreshments
There will be water stations at the 2.5k point of the race and at the finish where Science in Sport post race fuel.

Toilets
There are 2 public toilets in Battersea Park which you'll be able to use. Please note that they are about a 5-minute walk from the start area and event village.

Pacers
We will have a variety of pacers on the day for each of the races.

Headphones
It is not recommended that you wear in-piece headphones during the race so you stay alert to what is going on around you and hear the encouragement from marshals and spectators. However you can use bone conduction headphones.

Race Results
Your race timings will be published on the RunBritain results page after the race. A link will be sent via email.
