For the younger athletes, the Kids Race will kick off the festivities, offering children aged 4 to 11 the chance to choose their distance—200m, 400m, or 1km—while all participants will receive a T-shirt and medal. Swim enthusiasts won’t want to miss the exhilarating sheltered sea swim in Fishguard Bay, paired with an epic Aquabike event featuring a ride to St Davids and back. KIDS RACE
Set the day before the Fishguard Multi-Sport Festival, it will kick off the weekend in style. Open from ages 4-11, all children will receive a T-shirt and medal included in the entry.
Across the 1km course, the future stars have the option to run 200m, 400m, or 1km. They can choose whichever distance suits their confidence and ability!
FIRST TIMER 5K
New for 2026, we have introduced the Fishguard 5k. A little challenging but great for your first 5k.
10K SCENIC COASTAL RUN
New for 2026, we have added a scenic, challenging 10k, around Goodwick and Fishguard, taking in some breathtaking sea views. This 2-lap course is ideal for all athletes.
HALF MARATHON CHALLENGING COASTAL RUN
New for 2026, we have added a scenic, challenging Half Marathon around Goodwick and Fishguard, taking in some breathtaking sea views. This 4-lap course is ideal for all athletes.
SHELTERED SEA SWIM
Combining the raw beauty of the Pembrokeshire coast with an unforgettable test of endurance. A sheltered 2-lap swim inside the harbour bay. Join us for an unforgettable day of endurance and grit in one of Britain's most stunning race locations!
