For 2026 you have 7 hours to complete your target distance.
You choose your target distance – 5k (2 laps), 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.
But your time limit is 7 hours.
Suitable for walkers or runners.
Tough off-road course (see tab section).
You chose the distance you want to run – 5k, 10k, Half, Marathon or Ultra.
