These runs are suitable for anyone that’s been running on the road, and is now taking their first steps in to trail running. The terrain will be mostly flat, with very few obstacles. They are also suitable for anyone that is looking for a nice relaxed run, where they can just enjoy the trails without having to worry about pace.
what will I need?
We will be running on a variety of terrain from hard-packed trails, to single track trails through woods. Trail shoes would be recommended, but road shoes will be OK if that is all you have.
