On Sunday 30th May 2027 the Marlow Triathlon returns for another year.
This event offers Middle, Olympic, and Sprint distances ideal for both seasoned athletes and newcomers. Swim in the River Thames, cycle through the scenic Chiltern countryside, and finish strong with a riverside run across the park. With stunning views and a well-organised setup, it's a must-do event to kick off your summer season. Whether you're taking on your first triathlon or chasing a personal best, this event offers Sprint, Olympic, and Middle distances.
Each race begins with an open-water swim in the River Thames, followed by scenic bike routes through the rolling Chiltern countryside, and finishes with a run on grassy terrain in the heart of Marlow. This is your chance to race in one of the most beautiful triathlon locations in the UK. With a riverside start, ride through the rolling hills, and a buzzing event village, the Marlow Triathlon delivers a memorable challenge for every level of athlete.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Marlow Triathlon. With RunThrough you can expect a friendly team of marshals to help guide you round the course and cheer you on to the finish, a lively and well-serviced event village with plenty of food and drink options including free goodies from our partners at the finish line after your hard effort.
