Join us for a fantastic new sporting event in the heart of the town — the East Dereham Sprint Triathlon, taking place at Dereham Leisure Centre. This exciting triathlon will run alongside our Health and Wellbeing Fair, creating a vibrant day celebrating fitness, community, and healthy living.
Whether you’re a first-time novice or a seasoned competitor, this event is designed for everyone. Enjoy a supportive, friendly atmosphere for beginners, or push yourself to the limit in a fast and competitive race!
To ensure a smooth experience, we’ve created a dedicated Athlete Safety Zone, allowing you to get out onto the bike course and through the traffic lights with zero time cost to your race.

Really well organised and a great event to do as my first time doing a triathlon! Great course, really appreciated the walk through in the morning, all the marshals were supportive and helpful and everyone in the event was so supportive and encouraging- one of the best community atmospheres I’ve had at an event! Got me hooked on triathlons now!
