This exciting BRAND NEW event offers a fast, flat course with real PB potential, perfect for both seasoned runners and beginners. The race will take place on closed roads, starting and finishing in front of the town hall clock tower in Morpeth, Northumberland. The course consists of 2 laps of a 5k loop, with Sub 40-minute runners starting at 9:00am followed by the B race at 9:20am. SUNDAY 2ND JUNE 2024
A race – sub 40 minute runners: 9am start
B race – 40 min+ runners: 9.25am start
We are excited to bring to you this BRAND NEW 10k, in partnership with Morpeth Harriers & Athletic Club.
This ROAD CLOSED courses take in the famous landmarks of Morpeth, starting and finishing in front of the town hall clock tower.
This is an extremely fast, flat course that boasts real PB potential, whilst being accessible to beginners to run on a flat closed road circuit.
The course consists of 2 laps of a 5k out and back loop.
The race will be split into 2 waves with Sub 40minute runners starting at 9:00 for an elite race, shortly followed by the mass B race at 9:20am.
Please enter the A or B race to suit the time you expect to run on the day.
