This half-marathon leaves Campbeltown, close to the beautiful Mull of Kintyre, and runs through the countryside, across the Machrihanish Dunes Golf Course and a stretch on the hard sandy beach of Westport. The race has grown in popularity due to its picturesque location, fantastic atmosphere and post-race celebrations which include ceilidh dancing! It has been voted by Runners World as the UK’s top race, and sells out very quickly. Includes junior races. Also known as the Mokrun.
