  The Nick Beer 10k usually starts at midday, though this is subject to change. The race start time will be confirmed in your Final Instructions are emailed to you

• Cut off time

  In the interest of athlete safety and the safety of our volunteers on the course there will be strict cut off times in place. You should aim to complete this 10k within 1 hour and 45 minutes.
