Organiser's Description
Join us for brand new 10k, starting and finishing in Barons Quay in Northwich town centre, the hard packed gravel paths around Neumann’s Flash, Ashton’s Flash and Carey Park provide a flat and fast route with beautiful scenery to help you on your way to a 10k pb!
As always with RunThrough, you will each get a themed medal, water & post race goodies on the day. Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish!

Course Details
The course follows a flat route starting in the town centre, then follows a figure of eight on the hard compact paths around Ashton Flash and Neuman’s Flash nature reserves before completing a perimeter loop of Carey park.
We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the nature reserve paths – be aware of people walking, dogs & bikes.

There will be a bag drop area within the event village where you can safely leave your belongings whilst you run.
Refreshments
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and water at the finish alongside other post race goodies!
