Organiser's Description

Charity 5k & 10k runs for Osprey Leisure Centre Fund.

Osprey desperately need solar panels to help with the energy crisis.

Please enter the 5k or 10k run/walk to help the centre stay open.

What's Included

Bespoke slate medal to all finishers

Soup, hot chocolate and cake available to buy at the cafe

ALL Proceeds go to the Leisure Centre.

Course Details

The course is a mix of road and trail. The coast path along the beach road is a little rocky, so care needs to be taken. There are a few road crossings that will be marshalled.

What time is registration on Sunday?
Registration is open from 7:45 to 8:45.

Where is registration/briefing on Sunday?
Registration is held in the main sports hall at Osprey.

What time is the race briefing?
8:50am for all races - this will be held on the start line.

Where does the race start and finish?
The race starts and finishes at Osprey Leisure Centre.

What time do the races start?
The 5k and 10k starts at 9am

Is there an age limit?
Everyone is welcome, but an adult must accompany all under 16s.

Aid stations

What will be available at the aid stations?
Water, squash, coke and jelly babies. Please bring your own bottles to fill to help reduce waste.
There will also be soup, hot chocolate and cake available to buy at the cafe.

Where is the aid station?
At mile 4.


Parking will be available in the surrounding car parks
