What time does the race start?

8:00 registration opens, 9:30 10K starts, 9:45 5K starts, 11:00 Family 1K starts, 11:30 dog race.

Is there a time limit on the run?

There is a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes if you are running the 5k and 2 hours for the 10k.

Who is the Pumpkin Run aimed at?

Entrants for the race must be aged 11 years or older for the 5k and 14 years or older for the 10k on race day. There is no age limit for the 1k and is a great family day out - runners under 6 will need parental supervision! We advise one adult to every 4 children and parents and guardians are responsible for children whilst on site and on route. Dogs: Dogs will only be allowed on the dog race and using safe running leads. Your dog must be sociable and friendly. All dog mess must be picked up on the course.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable and appropriate footwear. Please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. You can pre-order a pumpkin run t-shirt or we will be selling them on the day!

Can I use headphones/earphones?

In ear Headphones are banned from the race. Bone conducting headphones though are permitted as per England Athletics rules – so long as you can still hear marshal instructions clearly.

When do we get our Race Numbers?

You will be given a race number and bib on the morning of registration/check-in so please allow enough time for this.

Can spectators come?

Spectators are very welcome to come, there are cheering spots available! Please ask a marshall who will advise you on where you can spectate.
