Hillier than I thought. Was surprised by the hills and found the bits where you ran back on yourself challenging mentally, but thought the race was prepared well and the course was much better than some I have done as no laps.

Great location for a run. The park is a great location for an event as transport links are good as well as parking at the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre. The half marathon was very well organised, lots of friendly Marshall’s and the signage was perfect. Terrain was mixed which was good, quite a few hills, so don’t expect any PBs, but lots to look at during the run. Second time at this location for an event, it doesn’t disappoint

Great Race. I was worried about the course as it looked confusing but there was plenty of great marshals and signage. Lovely to have a bit of music on the course but definitely would have been nice to have a bit more. The medal is lovely, just a shame that all the small t-shirts had run out. Would have been good to ask at ticket booking about t-shirt size so that a more accurate ordering of sizes was possible. Also we were unable to get to our pre paid parking due to the road closure. Need more information about access on race day, as that made very stressful start to our race.
