How to Get There

There will be some event car parking at Gloucester Park, to reduce congestion in the local area. This is limited but Gloucester Park is a short walk from the Town Centre so the Town Centre car parks are also an option. We ask that participants refrain from parking in the retail park to avoid congestion in this area.

Designated cycle parking - There are 15 cycle spaces located at the front of the Basildon Sports Village building.

Course Details

The Basildon route starts and finishes on the football pitches behind Basildon Sporting Village and is fully contained within Gloucester Park. The route is on grass and paths and is mostly flat with a few hilly sections.

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
