Race for Life Cwmbran 5k

The Cwmbran course takes a really scenic route around the park and sports fields. A large flat course, mainly on grass, it has an amazing atmosphere and is all wrapped up in the centre of Cwmbran with a great community spirit

Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

This course is predominently on grass and woodland paths so is wheelchair accessible with assistance but can become boggy and uneven in poor weather conditions.

The start and finish lines are situated on the grass field beside the Linx Ice Arena.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.

Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single use plastic bottles.
