Registration:
The registration process for each distance is organised with specific time windows to minimise congestion and ensure a smooth experience. During registration, you’ll collect your race number (nothing is sent in advance). It’s recommended to arrive at the beginning of your registration window to avoid queues:
50k Ultra & Marathon: 06:45 - 08:00
Half Marathon: 08:00 - 08:50
Middle & Short: 08:30 - 09:15

Start Times:
50k Ultra: 8:00am
Marathon: 08:30am
Half Marathon: 09:00am
Middle & Short: 09:30am

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
• In our quest to make this season plastic-free, we ask that you run with a reusable cup or bottle.
• We strongly recommend not wearing headphones at this event.

OUTPOSTS

There will be no outpost on the Short or Middle route. There will be 1 outpost on the Half Marathon route (with toilet), at approximately 12km. There will be 3 outposts on the Marathon route, at approximately 12km (with toilet), 19km & 33.5km. The 50k Ultra route will have 4 Outposts, please see above for the distances of each. The outposts are designed to act as a top up for what you are already carrying. There will be a range of sweet & savoury snacks (fruit, cake, crisps) as well as gels and electrolyte drinks.

There will not be pre-filled water cups available at the outpost. Please have your reusable cup or bottle ready when you arrive and make use of our self-serve water barrels.

CUT OFF POINTS & TIMES

These are in place for your safety and apply to the 50k Ultra & Marathon. If you do not get to these points in time you will have to be collected as we don’t believe you will finish the route in time. Your safety is our priority. The below time allows you 8hr30 hours to complete the route.

50k ULTRA ROUTE:

Start: Cranleigh Showground (0km), 09:00

OP1: Peaslake Village Hall - with toilet (12km), 11:00

OP2: Base of Leith Hill (19km), 12:05

OP3: Ranmore Common East (32.5km), 14:20

OP4: Base of Leith Hill (43km), 16:05

Finish: Cranleigh Showground (52km), 17:30



MARATHON ROUTE:

Start: Cranleigh Showground (0km), 09:30

OP1: Peaslake Village Hall - with toilet (12km), 11:30

OP2: Base of Leith Hill (19km), 12:35

OP4: Base of Leith Hill (33.5km), 16:05

Finish: Cranleigh Showground (43km), 17:30

We strongly recommend that ALL runners, regardless of route, carry at least 1 litre of water, a raincoat, a foil blanket & a mobile phone.

These items are mandatory for the 50k Ultra and Marathon race

• 800 Calories (equivalent of 2 bars and 2 gels)

• Minimum of 1 litre of water

• Foil blanket

• Whistle

• Self-adhering elastic bandage

• Cap or buff

• A reusable cup

• GPX of the route (on watch or phone (IOS / Android)

We recommend all runners, regardless of distance, carry their mobile phone and at least 1 litre of water.
