STANMER PARK
Our ethos at Maverick Race is to ensure we show all our runners the best of the UK through trail running. The Maverick East Sussex Trail Run is absolutely no exception as we all five routes will take you on an adventure through this beautiful part of our little island.
Our routes take in the famous South Downs Way, which inevitably means; rolling hills and undulating trails. The routes take in the Ditchling Beacon which is the third-highest point on the South Downs National park meaning you will be treated to stunning views all the way to London in the north and the coast to your south.
The trails on all three routes consist of; woodland walkways, chalky tracks, and farmland paths. All three routes are suitable for all levels of trail runner and the Maverick Original East Sussex is a super event for people looking to transition from road running into trail running.
Our East Sussex event is less than a 1-hour drive or train journey from the City of London, so there is little excuse not to come and explore! Follow this link to view the Green Brighton Map, which features places to eat & sleep; www.greentraveller.co.uk/green-brighton.
Pay and display parking at University of Brighton (Falmer campus). It is the runners responsibility to pay for their own parking.
