Registration:
The registration process for each distance is organised with specific time windows to minimise congestion and ensure a smooth experience. During registration, you’ll collect your race number (nothing is sent in advance). It’s recommended to arrive at the beginning of your registration window to avoid queues:
Half Marathon - 07:45 - 09:15am
Middle & Short route - 09:00 - 10:10am

Start times:
Half Marathon: 09:45am
Middle & Short : 10:15am

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
• In our quest to make this season plastic-free, we ask that you run with a reusable cup or bottle.
• We strongly recommend not wearing headphones at this event.

There will be 1 outpost on the Short route at approximately 3.8km. There will be 1 outpost on the Middle route at approximately 7.5km. There will be 2 outposts on the Half Marathon route, at approximately 7.5km and 13km. The outposts are designed to act as a top-up for what you are already carrying. There will be a range of sweet & savoury snacks (fruit, cake, crisps) as well as gels and electrolyte drink.

There will not be pre-filled water cups available at the outpost. Please have your reusable cup or bottle ready when you arrive and make use of our self-serve water barrels.

Please note, there are no toilets along the Short or Middle route. There will be toilets at the second outpost, which only the Half Marathon route passes through. There will be toilets available within the start/finish area.

CUT OFFS
Although we do not have strict cut offs as such, we do appreciate if all runners (regardless of distance) are finished by 2pm. This equates to a finish time of 4hrs.

This helps to ease the pressure on our marshals, so that they are not stood outside for long periods of time.

• We encourage those spectating the Half Marathon route to head to Outpost 2 at Holden Farm. There is a cafe here selling delicious snacks and hot drinks, a perfect place to hang out and watch the runners passing through.
