Course Details
"The course is a mixture of terrain and incorporates some inclines and decline around Epsom Downs Racecourse. The 10K Route is a Double Lap of the 5K Course.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a Scottish Power water refill station will be available to use at the finish.
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, Strava and Apple watches. Remember to follow the route carefully and don't cut corners as that will alter the distance you cover!"
