How to Get There

There are plenty of car parks around the city centre but we advise you to use Gloucester Quays as a car park for this event as there are road closures which restrict the access of car parks within the city centre.

Please be aware there will be road closures in place from 8am so make sure you leave time to access the area.

The nearest train station is in the city centre and is a 10 minute walk from Gloucester Park.

Further Information

If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event or wish to bring a carer/assistant to accompany you or if you need to bring a guide runner, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 and press 1 when prompted (Opening hours are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday) or email us at [email protected]

Due to the extremely uneven terrain of the nature reserve, which is used for the 10k course, unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, the Race for Life 5k is - so we recommend taking a look at that event instead.

For spectators with blue badges, please be aware that there is no blue badge parking at Gloucester Park. There are blue badge spaces in Gloucester Quays car park (Southgate Street) which is approximately 600m from the start/finish.
