Organiser's Description

Looking for more of a challenge without any pressure? Race for Life 10k is for you! Our 10k events are now chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best – while you’re raising funds to help beat cancer. 10k is just over 6 miles. Take it at your own pace or push yourself a little more. Have fun with it and enjoy the atmosphere.

Pedestrians: Please access the event via East Heath Road.



General Event Parking: There is no parking available at this event.



Blue Badge Parking: There is Blue badge parking available in the East Heath Carpark.



Drop Offs: Please use East Heath Carpark to drop off



Public Transport:

The closest station to this event is Hampstead Heath Rail on the London Overground. The event site on East Heath Road is around a 5-7 minute walk from the station.

There is also Hampstead Underground Station in Hampstead Village. The event site on East Heath Road is around a 15-20 minute walk from this station

Further Information

The event is unsuitable for wheelchair users due to very uneven wooded area with some sharp inclines/declines.

Meeting Point Information

The start is on the main entrance is at the junction of Downshire Hill and East Heath Road. Please be aware that the Heath is a very large area with multiple entrance points. It can take over 30-40 mins to get from one end of the Heath to another, so please arrive at the correct entrance on East Heath Road.
