Organiser's Description

Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends. And raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

How to Get There

No event parking is available at this venue. Please use city centre car parks or public transport where possible. Limited roadside parking is available on Claremont Road.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

Course Details

This single lap course weaves through Town Moor. The route is a flat course on mixed terrain including paths and grass. The main event site is on grass so may be slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.

There are a mixture of obstacles along the way including inflatables, climbing, crawling and mud!

Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home.

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Further Information

Unfortunately Pretty Muddy is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the event as an obstacle run.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.

Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single-use plastic bottles.
