Two men wearing red life jackets kayak together on a lake, paddling vigorously. A large, green mountain and blue sky are in the background. The water splashes around the kayak as they move forward. Three cyclists ride on a rural road under a blue sky, wearing helmets and cycling gear. They appear to be participating in an event, with number tags on their bikes, and open fields stretch out beside the road. Two women with backpacks and trekking poles hike up a gravel path on a sunny day, surrounded by green hills and distant mountains, with wildflowers in the foreground. Four people in life jackets paddle a purple canoe on a calm lake, surrounded by tree-lined banks and large, green mountains under a clear blue sky. Organiser's Description

Take on an incredible team challenge journeying through majestic mountains and sprawling lakes in the heart of the beautiful Lake District National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Push your limits to complete a course that sees you bike, hike and paddle between dawn and dusk, racing the sun on this triathlon-style adventure charity fundraising challenge in teams of two or four.

BIKE
Set off from the event base in Keswick for a 34-mile bike ride around the beautiful winding roads sure to warm up the legs and get the heart pounding.

Among some of the highest mountains in the UK, Skiddaw dominates the skyline as a constant reminder that you’ll soon be heading for the summit on foot!

Returning to the base in Keswick, you'll have the chance to change and refuel before the next activity.

HIKE
The 10 mile round trip begins with a steep walk up to Latrigg, a small hill on the outskirts of Keswick.

From here the slopes get steeper as the path zig-zags upwards. Before long you will be standing on the summit of Skiddaw which has an altitude of 931m.

From the summit, you will have a birds eye view of the cycle route and Derwentwater below where the water phase takes place.

CANOE
Lifejackets on, it's time to get on the water.

In open-top canoes or kayaks, your team will navigate a 2-mile water course off the shores of Derwentwater nestled in the glorious Lake District National Park.

No canoe or kayak experience is necessary, and we'll provide everything you need, just bring some clothes you don't mind getting wet and a sense of adventure!

CELEBRATE
After completing all three challenges, it's time to kick back and chill out with teammates, friends, and family. Enjoy a bite to eat and a drink on us as you celebrate your achievement and relive the highlights of the day!
