Starting in Wymondham where the rebellion began in 1549, runners will journey through historical sites and scenic landscapes, finishing just past the iconic twin-arched bridge in Cringleford. Join us on the anniversary of Kett’s Rebellion for a guided trail run along the Kett’s Country Long Distance Trail.
The 18 mile route starts in Wymondham where Kett’s Rebellion began on 8th July 1549, and finishes just past Cringleford’s historic twin-arched bridge.
This route is full of history, nature and wildlife, making it a perfect trail for one of our guided trail runs. As with all our events, our hope is that it’s more than a run, and you’ll go home having learnt something new as well.
