Organiser's Description
On Sunday September 5th, it's the turn of the half marathon, marathon and ultra (32 miles), to show the best the SWC has to offer. All events will be fully marked.
The Rock Hard Coast Ultra, Marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5k are challenging coast runs along an undulating and beautiful part of the SW Coastpath. They will take in some of the loveliest parts of the South West Coast Path from South Milton Sands to Hope Cove (10k), Salcombe’s South Sands (half marathon) and Aveton Gifford via Bantham (marathon).
This will accompany the Rocky Horror Swim run, which takes place on the Saturday evening.

Course Details
The 10k starts at South Milton Sands and follows a route to Outer Hope and Bolt Tail. before returning inland via Bolberry Common, Karageen and the footpath back to South Milton.
The 5k route starts and ends at South Milton Sands alongside the 10k, and heads to Bolt Tail before doubling back via Inner Hope.
