Run Bournemouth is the perfect vision of running as it should be, next to the sea, sun and surf along Bournemouth’s promenade, award winning blue flag beaches and famous piers.
Incredibly flat and fast routes hold the promise of PBs for those taking part in the Bournemouth Half Marathon, Supersonic 10K and for our junior runners, get supercharged for the 2K and 1.5K races!
The Kids’ Kilometre is a great introduction to running for little ones and the highly popular Supernova 5K is a night time run where you will hit the promenade and the piers armed with a head torch and your finest fluorescent outfits!

Amazing race with a beautiful (mainly flat) route which gives amazing views of the seafront. Staff were all friendly and supportive. Only issue or thing to look out for in future would be the time it takes to get to the start line. We queued for the bus at 08:30 but didnt get to the start line until 09:55. Best to leave for the start as early as possible
