How To Get There

Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Park – by train, underground, bus or bicycle.

The nearest train, tube and bus stops are at Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton stations.

Tube: If you are exiting out of Stratford Underground Station – take escalator or lift up to ‘The Street’ (which is the outdoor part of Westfield Shopping Centre) – follow it along, bear right at Fountain Square toward John Lewis and then left at Jamie’s Italian. At the end of the passage, cross the road into the Park.

Train: The nearest stations are Stratford station and Stratford International station. Stratford station is served by: • Docklands Light Railway (DLR) • Jubilee and Central lines • National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and c2c • London Overground services

Stratford International station is served by: • Docklands Light Railway (DLR) • Southeastern High Speed 1 services

You can also enter the Park via Hackney Wick station which is on the London Overground.

Bus: The 388 bus runs between Blackfriars in central London and Stratford City near the station entrance, going through the Park and stopping at the Copper Box Arena and Westfield Avenue near the London Aquatics Centre.

The 308 bus runs between Clapton to Wanstead via Stratford City near the station entrance and Celebration Avenue in East Village.

The 339 bus runs between Leytonstone and Shadwell, with stops at Stratford City near the station entrance, the London Aquatics Centre, and on Carpenters Road at King’s Yard before exiting the Park at White Post Lane.

The D8 bus runs between Crossharbour and Stratford International bus station, going through the Park including Carpenters Road and Pool Street (by the London Aquatics Centre).

Stratford bus station and Stratford City bus station are both located in close proximity to Stratford station.

Great run. Thank you for organising a great run in a great venue. I’m not a fan of laps but this was good. Just a shame that fast runners make us slower runners feel in the way! I kept to the left, (which in the end made me run further than 10km)the whole time but still had people weaving in about out by me. Also there where some great official supporters and I was very grateful for most of them as I was one of the last to finish. Some however made you feel like you had taken too long. Understand it was cold and wet for them but a smile couldn’t hurt. I did however have a great time and will look to book on another event Cheers

Such a welcoming 1st Time Event. This was the first race I'd taken part in as an adult. I was a little nervous about how the whole thing was going to happen, but everyone who was there helping out on the day was incredible helpful and reassuring. I can't wait to sign up for my next race :)

Great atmosphere and motivating staff. Wonderful event. What made it special is the woman on the microphone was very energetic and welcoming to all the runners arriving to the park. She was motivating, funny and full of energy. The bag drop staff were lovely and the warm up was good. I love how your name gets called out over the finish line and that there are always photos of you running. The supportive atmosphere is the best thing about these events. Thank you!
