The Northampton 5K, 10K & Juniors returns to Sixfields Stadium on Sunday 23rd May 2027!
Start and finish inside the stadium before taking on the fully road-closed routes around Northampton. With 5K, 10K and Junior Race options available, it's a fantastic choice for PB chasers, first-time runners and families looking for an exciting morning out as the warmer race season gets underway.
Enjoy a supportive atmosphere, a unique themed medal at the finish and a memorable race-day experience inside one of Northampton's standout sporting venues.
Please note: due to the road-closed nature of the event, there is a 90-minute cut-off time.

The venue made everything easy - ample car parking, toilet facilities in the stadium, administration well organised. I did wonder about the 'flatness' of the course with 24m elevation in the first km, but 2km-5km were downhill, then 6km was flat, then 7km downhill, then 8km just 5m elevation, then downhill all the way! Definitely recommend this race and I plan to be back next year, a couple of stone lighter :-)
