What's the difference between street art and graffiti? What techniques are used? Is it legal? Why's Banksy so important? All your questions answered on this unique journey into a hidden world. The tour is 10k, but there's an option to duck out at 5km if you're more comfortable with that distance.
This tour mixies short intervals of gentle running with walking. Join this if you're worried about the distance.

10k tour with 5k option
Run Speed
All runners (usually about 15) on the tour run at the same pace behind the tour guide. The guide will run at the pace of the slowest runner - we don't leave anyone behind. But it is difficult to accommodate your pace if it is wildly slower than the pace you and the rest of the runners on your tour have signed up for.
But if you usually run faster than the pace you've signed up for, please be prepared to run at the pace of the tour to make the rest of the runners feel comfortable.
Half-Walk / Half-Run - mixing up intervals of gentle jogging with walking.
Course Details
The tour starts at Aldgate East Station, in Whitechapel, and ends at Haggerston Station. There's an option to duck out at Shoreditch High Street if you're more comfortable running 5k.
