With a start at The Olde Jack Inn, Whitchurch (Black route, shorter Red and Blue route options), the route follows the Shropshire Way until it reaches the finish at Sibdon Castle at Sibdon Carwood. 55 miles, 1,417m of climb. Also stage 10 for competitors of the 1500 mile, 29 day, Relentless (www.ultrarunningltd.co.uk/relentless).
