Our popular Rock Up N Run events are all about keeping things simple — no pressure, no stress, just turn up, run and enjoy the atmosphere.
Set along the scenic canal paths around Slawit, this lovely out-and-back route is perfect for runners of all abilities, whether you’re chasing a fast time, building fitness or simply enjoying a social evening run in West Yorkshire.
Race Times:
10K starts at 6:45pm
5K starts at 7:00pm
