Spartan Race UK Twickenham Stadion Race

Twickenham Stadium, Greater London

Twickenham Stadium, Whitton Road, Twickenham, Greater London TW2 7BA

Sat 23rd November 2019

Starting at 09:00

Organiser's Description

Spartans, you asked and here it is.. our first 2019 Stadion race, at Twickenham Stadium. One of the UK’s most beloved stadiums, with a capacity of 82,000, will play host to thousands of Spartans at the end of November.

Bringing the adrenaline of a Spartan race to the awesome spectacle of a stadium, Stadion is a 5km, 20-obstacle race that offers a fresh challenge for new and seasoned racers alike. Racers will get the opportunity to experience a Spartan race on the same ground that legends tread, with a number of exciting and unfamiliar obstacles thrown in.

The Stadion was an ancient Greek running event and an original Olympic game. It got its name from the storied stadium it took place in. Now, we’re letting you compete in the legendary stadiums of today and add to their history. But unlike in Ancient Greece, all levels are encouraged to take part and enjoy themselves. No matter your level, set your own personal record and etch a new chapter in your own history book.
