COVID-19 INFORMATION
During the period of COVID-19 restrictions the race will take place in a time-trial format, with runners starting in 5 second intervals. The published results will show a chip time (which is the actual time you ran the course) and the official time (which is when the stopwatch starts). Your entry form will ask you to give an estimated 5km time and this will allow us to allocate you in the correct time slot to avoid any pinch points along the route.
