A friendly, fun event that’s ideal for novices and experienced competitors alike, with a choice of two swim distances and two aquathlon distances, there really is something for everyone. All swims take place on the clearly marked courses that are used every day at the lake and the run route is on gravel tracks around Marlow Lake.
The start and finish are set near the club house which is an ideal spot for spectators to grab a drink and bite to eat.

Short Distance Aquathlon – 750m swim and 2.8km run
Long Distance Aquathlon – 3km Swim and a 5.5km run
