Sunday 21st September 2025 | The Guildhall, Winchester
The Winchester Half Marathon is a beautiful course that starts and finishes in the centre of Winchester outside the Guildhall. Experience the very scenic route through the idyllic setting countryside that takes in landmarks such as St Catherine's Hill, Winchester Cathedral and King Alfred the Great!
Timings:
Half Marathon: Mass start: 09:00
Kids Fun Run (1km): 12:30
"A great event. The marshals and support around the course (even in the depths of the countryside!!!) was superb. It really makes such a difference. A challenging course but I really enjoyed it. Organisation spot on. Everything from parking, bag drop, loos, medal and finish line treats worked perfectly. Would strongly recommend and hope to be back". Racecheck review 2023

Really well organised. The bag drop was right near the finish, it was well marshalled - although it was supposed to be a closed road event and at times we were running through traffic. Lovely metal medal - none of that wooden medal crap that started happening recently - this one was proper nice hefty metal medal! T-shirts were nice. Can’t complain really
