Windmill Half Marathon
A fast and flat course around Lytham St Annes and Fairhaven Lake. Traffic free and great for runners of all abilities and ages. From Fairhaven Lake, Inner Promenade, Lytham St Annes. Power walkers and Nordic walkers welcome.

By Car: Exit the M55 at junction 4 and follow signs for Lytham St Annes. Proceed along Squires Gate Lane passing Blackpool Airport. When you reach the Prom, turn left towards Lytham St Annes. When you reach the town, turn right to the Pier, then left along St Annes Promenade. Fairhaven Lake is 1.5 miles along the Promenade on the right hand side.
By rail: St Annes-on-the-Sea railway station serves the town commonly known as St Annes, which is part of the conurbation of Lytham St Annes. It is located on the Blackpool South to Preston railway line 3.25 miles South/SouthEast of Blackpool South station. Hourly services connect Blackpool South station to East Lancashire. There are also four services an hour from Blackpool North to Preston, and Preston Station has direct services to all major cities including Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
There are two large car parks on either side of Fairhaven Lake. These are pay and display facilities. There is ample car parking for all runners.

On the day bib number collection is open for you to collect your race pack from 8am until 9.45am.
Registration area is open from 8am for number collection and entries on the day (if available - these will be charged £5 extra).
Please bring your entry confirmation with you when collecting your race number. On the day there is an enquiry desk if you have any problems or questions about the event. Don't forget to attach your race number to the front of your running top, pins are provided if needed.
The awards presentation will be at the registration area at approximately 12.30pm. Prizes must be collected on the day, they cannot be posted out. If you think you may be a category winner, you can check at any time during the event from the support trailer located near to the finish line.
Entry into the event is open to everyone of all abilities as long as you are aged over 17 on the day of the race.
