Athletes of all abilities and ages (minimum age 15 on race day) are invited to participate in this mass-start, non-draft legal event, which features three exciting race distances: SuperSprint (2.5km run - 12km bike - 2.5km run), Sprint (5km run - 25km bike - 2.5km run), and Standard (10km run - 42km bike - 5km run).
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or a newcomer to duathlons, you'll enjoy a flat and well-marked course, supported by experienced marshals to guide you every step of the way. We are excited to announce that the Hertfordshire & Middlesex Duathlon will be taking place at Merchant Taylors' School, a stunning venue sitting on the Hertfordshire and Middlesex border with magnificent, picturesque grounds including manicured sports fields, lakes, wildlife and greenery.
The Run is a flat 2.5km lap of the beautiful lake, returning to the playing fields at the end of each lap for a quick trip to the running track before heading back out to the lake.
Cycle a surprisingly rural route before enjoying a final run around the picturesque grounds of this stunning school.
This is a mass-start non-draft legal event with starts from 8:30am with three distances to choose from:
