ATW Love Welwyn Garden City 10K

2027 will mark the 12th anniversary of the event!

JOIN US FOR THE LOVE WELWYN GARDEN CITY 10K ON SUNDAY 14th FEBRUARY 2027!

Welcome to the Love Welwyn Garden City 10K — historically held around Valentine's Day this is the event that encourages you to fall in love with running.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, the Love Welwyn Garden City 10K offers an ideal opportunity to challenge yourself while enjoying the camaraderie of friends and fellow club members. What's more, your run will earn you a custom medal and finish line goodies from the ATW Team.

Lace up, hit the pavement, and experience the perfect blend of athleticism, community and music in this exceptional winter race.

You will need to collect your race number on the morning of the event, from the registration stand at the event venue. Registration will open at 08:30am. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to collect your number and warm up before the start time.

The ATW Love Welwyn Garden City 10K is a popular and much loved event, starting in the beautiful Stanborough lakes with a lovely run route. The course is well marked and sign posted and there will be supportive marshals along the route, to help you out if needed (and cheering you on!) Not only will you receive a custom designed medal and goodies, you will also get FREE event photos. Don't forget to smile when you see the photographer!

Charity - Join us in making every stride count by raising money for our partner charity, Alzheimers Research UK - your run will not only challenge your limits but also change lives, one step at a time, for a cure. Opportunities to donate and fundraise will appear at checkout.

 

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!
Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.
