Get ready to soak up the seaside atmosphere at the Blackpool Summer Run, featuring a 10k and 5k along the world-famous Promenade. Starting in the shadow of the iconic Blackpool Tower on the Comedy Carpet, runners will enjoy a unique closed-to-traffic course with plenty of space to stride out by the sea.
With music and entertainment along the route, this isn’t just a run – it’s a fun day out for friends and families to enjoy together. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking on your first 10k or 5k in the summer sun, the Blackpool Summer Run is all about fun, fitness, and fantastic memories.
Both the 10k and 5k start together at 10.00am sharp It will be a 'mass start' of competitors. The event is chip timed so your tag will only activate when you cross the start line.
