Quite simply - our vision is to put on the very best races. And our 5 star ratings and full entry lists tell a story.
This is one of the very few trail 5K and 10K races that is a genuine trail route, not the last few miles of an Ultra or a loop around a park. It has everything, from hidden trails through woods, hilly moors and a little bit of mud - well in a good year. This race has become infamous and part of many fireside stories
These quiet trails are within a stone’s throw of Cardiff, the capital city, and and yet feel a world away. A perfect race to start your trail running adventures, test your speed on challenging terrain or simply explore a new area! These are great routes and will be fully marked so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside around Caerphilly.
All along the route you will be supported by one of the best signed trail races, and supported by an amazing crew of volunteers. The volunteers are all runners, who put this on simply because of their love for the sport - they know how they would like to be supported, and that shows everytime you see them.

Loved every second. Really well organised, great tracker and lovely supportive marshals on the route. Well done on organising such a brilliant event. Hope to take part in the 10km next year.
