Where to go Running in Cardiff

There are lots of popular running routes in Cardiff, including: Bute Park & River Taff (central, flat, traffic-free); Cardiff Bay & Penarth (seaside, flat) and Roath Park (lakeside, flat, suburban).

Just outside Cardiff there are also great running routes such as: the South Wales Coastal Path (hilly, trails, seaside); the Vale of Glamorgan (eg Cowbridge area) and further afield there are the Brecon Beacons (big hills and tough trails).
