The short course option entails a 500m swim and 2.5km run, where as the long course option doubles the challenge with a 1,000m swim and 5km run.

Course Details
A steady paced and relatively flat run course around the Lido and the General Hospital, situated just off the centre of Regency Cheltenham.
Short Course (Sprint Distance) - 500m Swim & 2.5km Run
Long Course (Standard Distance) - 1,000m Swim & 5km Run

What time does it start?
Long course starts at 7:30am, short course at 8am. These are rolling starts at ten second intervals between participants.

Is there free parking?
Yes! Free event parking is avaliable on the right as you turn into the main Lido car park, by passing underneath a raised barrier into the 'essential user' car park.
